DAYS 5 & 6 HCM CITY (22-23 Nov SAT & SUN)

The children enjoyed a lovely weekend with their host families. Some went shoppping, boating, fishing and to the beach. One family even made a trip to the Monkey Island. On Sunday, the teachers met one of the families coincidentally in the Ben Thanh market.

DAY 4 VISIT TO NGUYEN BINH KHIEM PRIMARY SCHOOL (21 Nov Fri)

The Riverlites had the opportunity to visit the local school. They were welcomed warmly by school brass band and dance groups. The Riverlites presented the school with story books, educational flash cards and posters.

DAY 3 IN SIS (20 Nov Thur) Vietnamese Teacher's Day

The Vietnamese celebrate Teacher's Day on 20 November. SIS has organised some games for the teachers and students of the school. Riverlites had a go at the games too!
